1. Order Processing Time > All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email with your tracking information when your order has shipped. Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. High volume of orders or postal service problems outside of our control may cause minor delays.
2. Shipping Rates > We believe in straightforward pricing with no hidden fees at checkout. That is why we proudly offer 100% FREE Standard International Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The shipping costs are completely covered by us.
3. Estimated Delivery Times > We ship globally! We partner with reliable international carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. Once your order is processed and shipped, here are the estimated transit times:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or local postal strikes. We appreciate your patience in these rare instances.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking > You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly on our website or through the carrier's tracking portal.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes > ANASA ships internationally, which means packages may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. ANASA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your local customs website for more information.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses > Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. ANASA is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, please email us immediately at support@myanasa.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the address.
7. Missing or Lost Packages > If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, or if your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact our support team at support@myanasa.com with your order number, and we will investigate the issue and make it right.
